Fit20 was recommended to me by a friend. Then I did my own research on the fit20 training and understood the science behind it and it is solid.
I have been training at Fit20 for almost a year now and have been regularly seeing improvements in regards to my health, joints and energy.
My core strength has improved, I have toned up and overall feel stronger in my daily life and activities.
The staff is amazing, they really support you and are very friendly.
I feel great coming here training in the private studio, I don't like big gyms and here there is no music or mirrors.
